General Contracting/Construction Management

Providing at-risk general contracting services has been the mainstay of Graham’s business over the years. We perform the majority of our at risk work, because we are confident in our ability to meet our project commitments, assuring we deliver a quality product on schedule. We provide our clients with responsive leadership and consistency of management throughout each project’s duration, working in partnership with owners, architects, subcontractors and engineers to deliver successful projects.

Alternatively you may also choose to work with Graham as the construction manager. Acting as an agent for the owner we help manage the construction process. The owner pays a fee for this service as opposed to a markup on each item. This differs significantly from general contracting. The project architect is responsible for providing the construction documents for the project. Graham, the construction manager, is responsible for construction administration and coordination, such as developing and acquiring project costs, progress schedules, project supervision and quality control. The owner is informed by these professionals throughout the duration of the projects. Under a construction management arrangement, all bids and information are submitted to the owner. The owner and the construction manager decide together which subcontractors to use for the work. They are, in effect, working as a team.
